Ameri-Asia Corp. (“Ameri-Asia,” “we,” “us”) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit. This policy explains what information we collect through ameri-asia.com (the “Site”), how we use it, and your choices.

Information you give us

When you use a contact, membership, mentorship, opportunity-submission or EB-5 fact-finding form, or email or call us, we collect what you choose to provide, such as your name, email, phone, business details and message. We use it only to respond to you, provide the program or service you asked about, and keep records of our nonprofit activities.

Donations (Donorbox and Stripe)

Online donations are processed by Donorbox and its payment processors, such as Stripe. Your card or bank details are entered on their secure systems and are handled by them, not stored by Ameri-Asia. We receive donation records (such as your name, email, amount and date) so we can send tax receipts and keep required records. Their use of your data is governed by their own privacy policies.

Hosting, analytics and cookies

The Site is hosted by WordPress.com (Automattic Inc.). WordPress.com and its Jetpack features collect standard technical data, such as IP address, browser type, pages viewed and referring site, to run, secure and measure the Site, and they use cookies to do so. We see this only as aggregate statistics. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; some features, like comments, may not work without them. How we share information

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us operate (such as WordPress.com and Donorbox), with a mentor, partner or program you ask us to connect you with, or when required by law.

Children

The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Security and retention

We use reasonable measures to protect your information, but no online system is completely secure. We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing us. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state law.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy and will post the new version on this page with a new “Last updated” date.
