Fushimi is a Japanese-fusion restaurant and lounge serving Japanese dishes with French tastes and techniques, plus cocktails and beer. Founded in 2003, the Fushimi Japanese Group also has locations in Staten Island, Bay Ridge and Williamsburg; this page is for the Manhattan (Times Square) location.
